The Makgadikgadi Pan is the largest in the world, a relic of one of the world’s largest super lakes that dried up thousands of years ago, it is home to the San people. Jack’s Camp is set into a palm grove, ten luxury safari tents with en suite bathrooms and indoor and outdoor showers are furnished with Persian rugs and cool cotton sheets. During the wet season the landscape transforms from an arid desert, clouds of flamingo and other migratory birds descend to decorate the watery grasslands. Nearby, San Camp consists of six white Bedouin-style tents. Experience a quad bike safari to explore the blank vastness of the pan.
