The 12m x 6m swimming pool has an electric cover and a cascade falling into a smaller pool, and a thatched pool house equipped with a summer kitchen, barbecue and dining area. The surrounding garden is planted with olive, citrus and cypress trees and benefits from an external sound system.

Staff
Obligatory maid service three hours a day, five days a week, payable locally. Resident guardian for the swimming pool, garden, and general maintenance.
