The glorious colonial jewel of Antigua, founded in 1543 is one of the oldest cities in the Americas - full of lovingly restored colonial buildings dressed in terracotta colours. Enjoy a morning walking tour of this magnificent city. The visit includes the Central Plaza overlooked by the Cathedral and on to La Merced and the San Francisco Church.Day 3 – Antigua/Flores
Morning transfer to Guatemala City for the one-hour flight to Flores. Transfer to Tikal National Park. Enjoy a guided tour of the magnificent ruins of Tikal, majestic in construction, the site is a small insight into the magnificence of the ancient Mayan world. Overnight at La Lancha jungle lodge.Day 4 - Flores/Mountain Pine Ridge
Morning departure towards the Belize border. Visit the lakeside ruins of Yaxha and continue on into Belize (two hours). Arrive at Coppola’s exclusive Blancaneaux Lodge for three nights.
