Day 1 - London/TripoliMorning departure from London-Heathrow with British Airways arriving in the afternoon. Transfer to the Corinthia Bab Africa Hotel for your three night stay and enjoy a buffet dinner in the main restaurant.Day 2 - Tripoli
Today your guide will escort you to Leptis Magna, a World Heritage site and one of the finest Roman cities in the Mediterranean with abundant examples of lavish decoration and grand buildings. Your visit includes the Arch of Septimus Severus, the Hadrianic Baths and Basilica to name but a few. After lunch in a local restaurant visit the Amphitheatre, one of the oldest stone theatres in the Roman world. Returning to Tripoli, stop on the way at Villa Sileen where you visit some of the most magnificent collections of mosaics in Libya. Return to the hotel and prepare for your à la carte dinner at the Al Saraya Restaurant.Day 3 - Tripoli
After breakfast, you will travel west of Tripoli to the Roman ruins of Sabratha, a World Heritage site and its Theatre with its three storey backdrop of columns. Other monuments and areas of interest include the Temple of Liber Pater, the Basilica of Justinian and the Temple of Serapes. Enjoy lunch in a local restaurant and drive back to Tripoli. Dinner will be at a local restaurant located downtown.Day 4 - Tripoli/London
Check out after breakfast for your tour of Tripoli. Visit the Museum of Tripoli and the Red Castle fortress whichcomprises a labyrinth of courtyards, alleyways and houses. See the old city of Tripoli, its main attractions is the old medina containing Ottoman Mosques, Karamaly House and the handicraft market. Transfer to Tripoli Airport for your afternoon British Airways flight to London-Heathrow.
