Abercrombie & Kent host IN-House charity screening at the Electric Cinema, London
Abercrombie & Kent's Extreme Adventures celebrated it's launch at the Electric Cinema in London on Tuesday 7 October in support of FilmAid International. Geoffrey Kent, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of A&K, hosted the event alongside Katrina Pavlos, founder of the IN-House Series, which included a charity screening of 'Un Coeur en Hiver', introduced by Jeremy Irons.
Extreme Adventures have been created for the traveller ready to meet a different kind of challenge and to celebrate the launch, Geoffrey Kent donated a once-in-a-lifetime prize adventure worth $16,500, won by Berber Krop - guest at the event to the James Bond star Simon Kassianides. The Extreme Adventure prize, accompanied by Geoffrey Kent, comprises of a 9-day escorted tour tracking polar bears and experiencing the pristine wilderness of the Nordic polar region.
The evening was a huge success and with the support of Abercrombie & Kent Philanthropy, all proceeds from the evening were kindly donated to FilmAid International.
