THE HOTEL
An authentic Barossa mansion, Collingrove (c1856) was conceived as a little piece of England and is set amongst the great gums of the Barossa Valley. Today it is a wonderful retreat set in some of Australia's most beautiful landscapes.
Guest accommodation is individually styled, with all rooms featuring French Provincial hand carved beds, fresh white linen and French Style Toile quilts. Of the five guest rooms, three have en suites decorated in black and white tile, whilst the other two rooms share an authentic old style bathroom complete with a claw foot bath.
All year round; many parts of the country are perfect, even in the middle of the year. The climate ranges from tropical (Darwin) to semi-desert (Alice Springs), humid temperate (Brisbane and Sydney), cool temperate (Melbourne and Hobart) and Mediterranean (Perth and Adelaide).
