Day 2 : Okavango Delta
Fly to Maun where the A&K Botswana Tour Director will meet you to catch a light aircraft to a 260,000-acre private concession in the Okavango Delta, the largest inland delta in the world. Our group will be staying at Sanctuary Stanley's, a classic-style tented camp situated under a canopy of ebony and sausage trees. The afternoon is yours to enjoy as you wish with a choice of game viewing activities, such as exploring the delta in a mokoro (dugout canoe) or an evening game drive.

Day 3: Okavango Delta
Set off on a guided game drive in a customised 4x4 or take a bush walk with an expert guide. The private concession sprawls across an unspoiled landscape populated by giraffe, elephant, hippo, lion and cheetah. There is also the opportunity to interact with a group of semi-habituated African elephants at an A&K Philanthropy-sponsored project. Experiencing the elephants in this way, up close and in their wild habitat is a real privilege.

Day 4 : Moremi Game Reserve
Fly across the Okavango Delta to Sanctuary Chief 's Camp, set deep in the Mombo Concession of the Moremi Game Reserve. This is one of the best camps in Botswana, with 12 secluded bush pavilions set along natural pathways that are abundant in local wildlife. Widely acknowledged as the 'predator capital of the world,' Moremi offers some of the most exciting game viewing in Africa and is one of the best places in Botswana to see the country's 'Big Five' - lion, leopard, rhino, elephant and Cape buffalo. This is primarily because the lush delta draws a fantastic concentration of wildlife.
Predators include cheetahs, spotted hyenas and a large resident pride of lions. White and black rhinos are also found here, the latter of which is among Africa's fastest-disappearing species.
During the afternoon, take full advantage of the game viewing activities led by our experienced driver/guides or enjoy the views from your own private deck.

Day 5 : Moremi Game Reserve
Depart for an early-morning game drive. As well as the big cats and predators, the Okavango Delta draws large concentrations of elephant, buffalo, red lechwe, giraffe and impala. In the wet season, explore the marshlands in a moroko where you are likely to see crocodile, hippo, birds and tiny red reed frogs. Or take a late afternoon game drive, listening out for roaring lions on the hunt and encountering nocturnal animals as the dusk settles. After a full day of game viewing, return to camp for sundowners by the fire, dinner and time to relax.

Days 6 - 7 : Chobe National Park

Today it's time to fly northeast to Chobe National Park over forests, floodplains and marshlands to Sanctuary Chobe Chilwero, a beautiful lodge overlooking the Chobe River with expansive views across the islands and as far as Namibia. There is a staggering concentration of game in the area including a population of around 120,000 elephants so there will be plenty of sightings available over the next couple of days. The lodge has a split-level swimming pool and a serene spa with a range of tempting treatments. On the second day we recommend setting out just before sunrise to observe the wildlife at the start of the day. Enjoy dinner as you prepare and eat traditional dishes alongside the resident chef. In the early evening, the group will take a photographic safari cruise on the Chobe River.

Day 8 : Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe
After breakfast we will be driven to Zimbabwe to see the iconic Victoria Falls then on to Sanctuary Sussi & Chuma in Zambia, where we will stay in a luxury tree house built into the riverside canopy. At twilight you could take a sundowner cruise, sipping cocktails looking up at the African sky.

Day 9 : Livingstone, Zambia
Begin the day with a guided walking tour of Victoria Falls from the Zambian side which offers a different angle from that of the Zimbabwean side. Depending on the season the Falls are 80% more visible on this side so with us you won't miss either perspective. Mighty Zambezi River cascades over the edge of a 1.2-mile wide basalt lip. There will be the opportunity to explore a craft market nearby, before visiting Nakatindi Village where the community's school and clinic are supported by A&K Philanthropy.
