Guest Testimonial

We loved the way A&K presented their documentation in the travel wallet and the lux' luggage tags looked the business. The "Small touches" count! Every one likes to feel special from time to time and we certainly were made to feel as such by all at A&K.Thank you Vicky Smith

The Aureum Resort at Governor's House have created the original Governor's House in the exact design, dimensions and location. The recreated Governor's House at the top of the Governor's Hill, houses an indoor swimming pool, a bar, two traditional dining rooms and 5 large super-deluxe rooms with panoramic views of the surrounding area.

The house is a two storey late Victorian colonial mansion reminiscent of the 1920s -1930s. There is a 35 room complex perched on the side of the hill which incorporate 34 deluxe rooms in bungalows and this is where the Presidential suite can be found.

Myanmar (Burma) Map

Best time to be there

Myanmar (Burma) has three clear seasons: from March to May are the very hot summer months, the wet and humid monsoon runs from May to October and the cold dry winter lasts from November to February. The best time of year to visit is late November early December when the rains have gone, the landscape is lush and green and the skies are crystal clear. However any time from late November to March is a good time to travel.
