Dining at the hotel's 'Market' restaurant is a must. The head chef, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, is infamous from his experience at his eponymous 3 Michelin starred restaurant in New York and this restaurant is one of the very best in the city. The chef also oversees the breakfast menu so factor in some time to give this the attention it deserves before you head out to see the sights of the city.
