THE HOTEL
The Opposite House, designed by eminent Japanese architect, Kengo Kuma, is a study in exceptional, slick modern design - all set behind a shimmering glass exterior.
The hotel's studios and suites are uncluttered and contemporary, but with subtle touches of traditional Chinese decor. They are designed to provide a sense of space, warmth, and above all, comfort. Stripped back and contemporary, they exhibit a modern décor dominated by white walls and pale wooden detailing. Wonderful touches like oak deep soaking baths abound.
The public areas too are beautiful, exhibiting a unified aesthetic that is at once easy on the eye and impossibly stylish.
