Why we like it

- Each villa has a private lawn or a private pool
- The swimming pool has the most spectacular views
- Romantic and tranquil this is a place of true beauty
- A relaxed and stylish place to stay and discover the wonders of Jaipur
Serene on the Ridge is an open air terrace looking over the entire valley the perfect place to enjoy your favourite drink before dinner.
We had three different guides - they were all exceptionally courteous and helpful. Kapil our guide in Delhi was exceptional with excellent English and great knowledge of just not the places we visited but also of Indian history. He was very happy to fit in with any of our request and occasional changes to our schedules. We would rate him very highly and would request him if we went back to Delhi.

Tree of Life Resort & Spa is a unique resort experience with only 14 private villas. An exclusive and tranquil hotel with immaculate gardens, the team of staff offer exceptional service to make your stay truly special. The food created here is delightful, straight from the “Eternal Garden.” The chefs are more than happy to take you on a culinary journey through the garden or even create a meal with you in the kitchen and learn the delicate way to blend the traditional Indian spices.
The villas all have a sunken bath with a private barbecue ideal for a private dinner under the stars. The bar and library offer the perfect retreat with a good book in hand or choose from their extensive range of electronic books and CDs that are available. The pink sandstone buildings reflect the traditions of Rajasthan and create a haven away from the ancient city of Jaipur.
Best time to be there
From October to March the weather is refreshingly cool with minimal rainfall in most places. India's main festivals also take place during this time, such as the Pushkar Fair in Rajasthan, the Republic Day of India and Holi, the festival of colours.
