Taj Malabar's restaurants and bars reflect the diverse cultural influences and seafaring tradition found in Kochi, particularly the Sao Gabriel Bar, named after Vasco da Gama's illustrious ship. Bedrooms are located in either the New or the Old Wing with the latter having an elegantly Victorian feel.
