A&K Top Tip

We tried the indulgent Dead Sea mud body wrap, which cleanses and detoxifies the skin. The treatment is followed by a soothing aromatherapy massage and you come away feeling silky smooth and deeply relaxed.

Guest Testimonial

We very much appreciated the champagne to celebrate A&K's anniversary. Our guide Omar & driver Basil were both absolutely excellent throughout. Many thanks for making our trip to Jordan so enjoyable and for all the hard work that ensured our holiday ran so smoothly!

- LJ, London

Between the prestigious Al Sweifiyah residential area and the Shmeisani financial district, the hotel's dramatic hilltop location affords breathtaking views of the surrounding cityscape. The hotel interior is a dramatic mix of grand architecture and modern chic, with huge marble arches counterpointed by slick, modern decor.

The rooms are bright and airy and decorated in a contemporary, residential style - all cool, natural colours and beautiful furnishings. Thanks to its ideal location, this hotel is within reach of a wide range of local attractions and cultural sites.

Best time to be there

March to May and September to November are best times to be in the country, but Jordan's Mediterranean climate is pleasant all year round. Lightweight clothes are advised between May and September. Warmer clothes are necessary for winter and cool summer evenings. Rainwear is needed from November to April. It has been known to snow as far south as Petra.
