A beautiful country retreat with a six bedroom manor house and two cottages, Loldia nestles amongst ancient acacia trees. Lawned gardens sweep down to the shores of Lake Naivasha. Abundant free-roaming wildlife includes antelopes, hippos and spectacular flamingos, and you can enjoy game drives, horse riding, boat rides, fishing, hiking, golf, tennis and more. Unwind on the shady veranda or on a sunbed in the garden. En suite rooms in the main house have original furniture, while the cottages have their own sitting-room, fireplace and panoramic lake view. Delicious meals, with fish and shrimp fresh from the lake, are served under the trees or in the elegant colonial dining room.

Weather
Kenya's equatorial location ensures warm weather year round, though it can be cool at night and first thing in the morning. There are two rain seasons, the long rains occur from April to June and short rains from October to December. The rainfall is sometimes heavy and when it does come it often falls in the afternoons and evenings. The hottest period is from February to March and coldest in July to August.

Guest Testimonial
Quite simply excellent. If I could say one thing it is that Egypt is the place to go right now, as there were virtually no tourists at some of the sights and that,I should think, is quite rare!![]()
