THE HOTEL
At the heart of the resort is the Marine Ecology Research Centre which works hard to protect the endangered Giant Clams and restore the natural coral reefs. Here clients can actively participate in restoring vibrant life back to the once damaged ocean floors. The property finds the perfect balance between forward thinking ecology and luxury in one of the 52 over water Tropical Villas.
Experience a voyage of discovery with one of the daily activities; kayak through emerald waters, explore the mangroves, catch a sight of Hornbills as you trek through thick jungles bursting with flora and fauna or dive into ocean treasures.
For the true marine lover, you are given the honour of replanting replenished corals back into the reef.
Once again we have thoroughly enjoyed our holiday with A&K. There was a fascinating mix of location and camp styles and the particular sequence worked very well for us.
