THE HOTEL
Capella Pedregal is a new addition to the luxurious resorts to be found around Los Cabos but in a unique location within easy reach of the Marina & small town of Cabo San Lucas for an experience of true 'Cabo' culture. The hotel is set between two cliffs with its own private cove and offers stunning ocean views of the Pacific where whales can be spotted in the winter months. Although the ocean currents of the Pacific are too dangerous for serious ocean swimming, the beach is very pretty and you can lounge on one of the cabanas before taking a dip in the stunning pools.

All the rooms are quite spectacular with ocean views, terraces and private plunge pools. Dine at the superb Don Manuel's, there is also a beach bar and seafood restaurant nearby. The main pool leads out from the Auriga spa & fitness centre via a series of waterfalls to the decks overlooking the ocean and has been beautifully landscaped.

For a really romantic spot, book a table at El Farallon seafood restaurant located on a rocky promontory overlooking the ocean on the edge of the Capella resort. Select the freshest catch of the day and then watch it being cooked to perfection on the outdoor grill.
