Day 1 London / Mexico City
Depart from London Heathrow to Mexico City. Transfer to your beautiful boutique hotel in Polanco, a chic district of the city.

Day 2 Mexico City
Discover the pre-Aztec archaeological site of Teotihuacan, famed for some of the world's largest pyramidal structures on a private full day tour. Also tour the historic centre including the famous Zocalo square and the National Palace with its stunning murals by Diego Rivera.

Day 3 Mexico City / El Fuerte
Today fly to Los Mochis on arrival you will be transferred by road to El Fuerte, the delightful colonial gateway to the Copper Canyon. This afternoon meet with your guide to explore the magic of El Fuerte walk to view the pre-Colombian petroglyphs along the banks of the El Fuerte River and visit the Pancho Villa museum.

Day 4 El Fuerte / Barrancas
Early morning, transfer to the train station for the legendary Chihuahua-Pacifico train. This is the most scenic portion of the railway line and the journey takes you from cactus strewn desert to cedar forest and from rolling hills to dramatic canyons, arriving at Posada Barrancas station by mid-afternoon. Stay at a hotel perched on the canyon edge like an eagle's nest and admire the canyon from your balcony.

Day 5 Barrancas / Creel
Depart today on another spectacular private journey, this time by road via the frontier town of Creel, spectacular rock formations and Lake Arereko before arriving to your rustic mountain lodge, where home-cooked local cuisine and music await.

Day 6 Creel / Batopilas
Today begin your three day adventure in the Batoplias. Descend a series of rugged switchbacks, descending through the Copper and La Bufa Canyons to the canyon floor and the town of Batopilas, a quiet little town lost in time. Stay by the side of the river and perhaps enjoy a beer with the locals at the Swinging Bridge Bar.

Day 7 Batopilas
Today you have your own time to enjoy this incredible town. Soaking in the history of an era lost in time, you can laze by the river, choose from a number of day hikes, or take a trip to visit the “Lost Cathedral of Satevo”. It’s grandeur and magnitude attest to the importance of this town and the riches that it produced at the turn of the 20th century. This evening try one of the great local restaurants in town.

Day 8 Batopilas / Creel
This morning after early breakfast it’s time to drive up the steep roads to head out of the Batopilas Canyon, once again encountering a large number of switchbacks. Head through the impressive landscape arriving in Creel, where you will have the afternoon free to explore the town.

Day 9 Creel / ElFuerte
After a free morning to enjoy Creel you will be driven to Creel Train Station. Back in El Fuerte you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

Day 10 El Fuerte to Mochis Airport
Your private driver will meet you in El Fuerte and you will be driven to Los Mochis International Airport for your domestic flight to La Paz, at arrival your private driver will meet you at the arrivals hall of La Paz International Airport and you will be driven to central La Paz.

Day 11 Sierra la Laguna Biosphere Reserve
Looming up above the desert just north of Los Cabos, the lush Sierra de la Laguna Biosphere Reserve provides the perfect escape. Your local naturalist guide will meet you after breakfast. En route to the Sierra you will learn about the natural history of the region and the ranchero culture that has kept alive centuries old artisanal traditions. Spend the day hiking the nature trails, swimming in the freshwater springs, and getting a look at local ranchero life.

Days 12 Todos Santos
Today enjoy a relaxing morning or you may want to enjoy one of the available activities such as swimming with whale sharks (cost not included, experience Available: from October to April) before meeting your private transfer to Todos Santos.

Day 13 Los Cobos
After breakfast, you have some free time to explore the town. Later you will be met and transferred to Los Cabos.
