Served by attentive staff, drink mint tea by the fountain in the open courtyard of this 18th century Riad Kniza, rebuilt by skilled craftsmen in an original Moorish architectural style. In one of the most traditional homes of the city, here you will find handcarved cedar wood, glazed tiles and hand chiselled plaster. Enjoy a taste of Morocco with spinach salad with spices, chilled Casablanca carrot with Moroccan herbs followed by a sumptuous tagine, all served on the roof terrace with beautiful views of the Atlas Mountains. Take a dip in the pool before a sauna or massage and retire to your stylish room or suite.
