At Explore Gorongosa, you are invited to join them on a wild journey of discovery in this most amazing park. The luxury safaris conducted by Explore Gorongosa by foot or vehicle, is the first private safari activity to be offered within Mozambique's Gorongosa National Park. Although predominantly a mobile walking safari, Explore Gorongosa also provides guests with first hand insights into the innovative restoration project underway within the Park. Through walking and water based safaris (season dependent), guests will be introduced to this amazing yet fragile ecosystem. An experienced guide will lead guests on their safari through the ever-changing eco-zones, birding and game viewing opportunities of Gorongosa.
After a day out exploring this unique park relax in one the hammocks that are scattered around the camp.
Once again we have thoroughly enjoyed our holiday with A&K. There was a fascinating mix of location and camp styles and the particular sequence worked very well for us.
