The best time to visit Namibia is between April and October, the days are warm and sunny and rainfall at a minimum. The wet season arrives in December and generally runs through until March.

THE CAMP
Onguma Tented Camp offers an exclusive safari experience in the Onguma Reserve. The private reserve is 20,000 hectares and is on the Eastern side of the Etosha National Park. The seven contemporary styled tents are equipped with a bath and shower and offer the perfect view of the waterhole.

The views from your private deck over look the waterhole which is floodlit at night. The restaurant offers delicious food which can be enjoyed whilst viewing giraffe, zebra and antelope whilst they visit the watering hole.

Onguma means "the place you don't want to leave" in the local Herero language.
