Casa del Horno (The Oven House) is a majestic colonial property built by the French colony in the 1850s that served as the city's bakery. The building has now been revived through contemporary elements without disturbing its original structure.
Casa del Horno's design is a fusion of good tastes bringing together the Italian heritage of its founders with the best in Panamanian design. The contemporary suites are a contrast of old and new, like the black and white photographs of Caribbean scenes by Sandra Eleta which adorn the exposed stone walls.
Each suite provides a fully equipped kitchen, wine fridge stocked with vintages specially selected by the resident sommelier and a private balcony.
Best time to be there
