Sample a Pachamancha –dating back to the Inca empire this traditional cooking method uses hot stones in a pit to cook marinated meat and vegetables.
We can honestly say that the whole three weeks made for a tremendous and wonderful holiday. Not a day went by without us being surprised and impressed by new sights and wonders! All the pre planning and arrangements made by you worked out to perfection. We appreciate that this cannot happen without a great deal of focus and hard work on your part, and that of the whole team.
