Four Seasons Moscow
Why we like it
- Luxury five star hotel experience in Russia's capital
- A modern replica of the legendary Hotel Moskva which opened in the 1930s
- Five delectable dining venues including signature Italian restaurant, Quadrum
- Ideal location just a few steps from Red Square and the vibrant domes of St. Basil's Cathedral
- Following a day's sightseeing , The Amnis Spa provides the perfect remedy
Moscow is home to the biggest ice skating rink in the world; so don your warmest hats, gloves and socks, and experience a glorious winter wonderland.
We were very impressed with the organisation and professionalism of our excellent guide. We really benefitted from her extensive knowledge of the City’s history and, especially, of the artworks on display and came away with a real appreciation of the St Petersburg’s treasures.

Welcoming you to the Russian capital, the Four Seasons Moscow boasts an idyllic historic location overlooking Manezhnaya Square. Previously the legendary Hotel Moskva, the hotel has reopened its doors to reveal new luxurious accommodations attended by the internationally recognised personalised service Four Seasons is famous for. Located close to the Kremlin and the Bolshoi theatre, the hotel is in an ideal position to explore the best attractions the city has to offer, including many local restaurants and bars. When it comes to the accommodation, high ceilings and spacious rooms display neutral toned décors accented with bold splashes of colour and pattern, and lavish marble bathrooms feature deep-soaking tubs and separate showers. Most rooms have step-out balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows with views overlooking the Kremlin and Red Square.
The two fine dining restaurants, Quadrum and Bystro, serve Italian and Russian-Nordic cuisine respectively, while the Silk Lounge and Amnis Café are ideal spots for a light lunch or afternoon tea. Following dinner you can kick back with signature cocktails and live music at the fashionable Moskovsky champagne bar. Other facilities include the large Amnis Spa which features 14 treatment rooms, three couples' suites, a whirlpool and sauna. We recommend taking a late night swim beneath the stars in the glass-roofed pool; the project tonic after a day's shopping in Moscow's designer stores, discovering the best collection of Russian art in the world at the Tretyakov Gallery or exploring the colourful onion domes of St. Basil's Cathedral.
Best time to be there
May to October is the best time to enjoy the summer days. Russian winters can be extremely cold, but if well protected against the elements, is a romantic time to visit.
