The Mint restaurant is an intimate three-level restaurant with an amazing open-plan show kitchen. The floor to ceiling glass fronted wine cellar adds to the magnificent ambiance of the restaurant. Curries at the Bombay Brassiere are not to be missed or sip a glass of champagne while eating seafood tapas at Twankey Seafood, Champagne and Oyster Bar.

October to May is the best time to visit the Cape. Game viewing is better during the drier months of April to September. The wildflower season is generally from mid August to mid September. The whale watching season runs from June to November.
