In the winter mornings there is no rush back to camp relax in a comfortable chair in the middle of the African bush alongside the river and be served the finest smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.

Londolozi Pioneer Camp is steeped in the history of the ancestors who, eighty years ago, arrived by ox wagon and set up camp. Today, this is heritage is cherished and respected. The intimate guest area at Pioneer Camp provides a unique interactive experience with the kitchen, sitting and dining areas all being open plan. The Ralph Lauren inspired interiors reflect the lavish style of the camp. This is a place to stay to be indulged not forgetting the most awesome safari experience in the heart of the Sabi Sands. Pioneer Camp has a lap pool and a boma where evening meals are enjoyed around the fire.
Best time to be there
October to May is the best time to visit the Cape. Game viewing is better during the drier months of April to September. The wildflower season is generally from mid August to mid September. The whale watching season runs from June to November.
