If you want to relax, then the intimate surroundings of Saman Villas will soothe and delight you. Combining informality with a sense of real comfort and first class service, Saman Villas is located close to a quiet fishing village, on a hilly headland on Sri Lanka's west coast. In both directions are large stretches of unspoilt golden sand, fringed by dense green palms. Traditional Sri Lankan open plan buildings take full advantage of the magnificent views.
Saman Villas
Best time to be there
During our winter months, when the humidity is lower and the temperature more comfortable for sightseeing and exploration. However, the monsoon season of May to September should not be discounted for travel as the whole of Sri Lanka is bursting into lush greenery due to the rainfall showing you a side of this island not everyone sees.
