Theva Residency, Kandy
Why we like it
- Located on the slopes of the Hatana range
- Magnificent views of the surrounding mountains
- Ten luxurious rooms
- Attentive and gracious staff
- Facilities include a sauna and an outdoor lap pool
- The food is incredible, with the head chef and his team creating a fusion of East meets West gourmet meals and delicious snacks
- An excellent base to explore the culture of Kandy away from the bustle of the town
After exploring Kandy in the morning spend the afternoon relaxing on the pool deck with a freshly made juice or cocktail bathing in the sunshine overlooking the panoramic mountains.
From just one previous experience of A&K and Brandon Clements we have a sense that everything will be taken care of.......as will we be when we set off, throughout our trip, and all the way to the return home. The attention to customer care is comprehensive without being suffocating.

Best time to be there
During our winter months, when the humidity is lower and the temperature more comfortable for sightseeing and exploration. However, the monsoon season of May to September should not be discounted for travel as the whole of Sri Lanka is bursting into lush greenery due to the rainfall showing you a side of this island not everyone sees.
