Katavi National Park remains one of the greatest wildlife experiences of Africa. Remote and untouched, it has an almost mythical status and it's thought a greater density of mammals than any other Tanzanian reserve. Rivers literally groan with hippopotamus and crocodiles, while the plains play host to some of the great herds of buffalo in East Africa, up to 1000 head.
Katavi National Park safari holidays with Abercrombie & Kent will provide expert guidance, insight and first-hand experience of this wonderful region.
