Day 1 UK / Seattle / Portland
Fly into Seattle and meet an A&K representative who will drive you to Portland. Get to know the sights, sounds and flavours of the city through its eclectic neighbourhoods, such as the hip downtown and Pearl District. Finish the night at a farm-to-fork restaurant before bedding down at the Nines for the next three nights.

Days 2 - 3 Portland
Explore downtown Portland before meeting your guide for a food cart tour. Visit three of the city's 70 microbreweries. The following day, explore the Columbia River Gorge before visiting two boutique wineries in the Hood River Valley, one of Oregon's smallest wine growing regions.

Days 4 - 5 Willamette Valley
Willamette Valley boasts more than 300 wineries and tasting rooms. Take in four award-winning vineyards, learning about the geology of the region and taking a walk through the vines. You can also sample local olive oil, sample Pinot Noir and enjoy a five-course meal with wine pairings. Your home for your two nights in Willamette Valley is the Alison Inn.

Days 6 - 7 Oregon Coast
Make your way to the coast, firstly to the small town of Pacific City for lunch and a beer tasting at a local favourite right on the beach. Continuing north along the Three Capes Scenic Drive to Netarts Bay you'll sample fresh local oysters before visiting the Tillamook Cheese Factory for a tasting tour before heading to Cannon Beach and your hotel for the next two nights, Ocean's Lodge. The next day we recommend a walk to Haystack Rock –don't forget to pop into Bruce's Candy Kitchen for a behind the scenes look at the production of salt-water taffy. Choose to kayak, explore Ecola State Park or head into Seaside before a last dinner at EVOO Cooking School, where you'll learn to make a delicious new dish before dining together.

Day 8 Portland
Head back to Portland via Astoria, learning about the town's rich maritime and canning history before a tasty seafood lunch. Spend the rest of the afternoon enjoying Portland or your hotel for your final night, the Nines.

Day 9 Seattle / UK
Say goodbye to Oregon as you are driven to the airport for your flight home via Seattle.
