Best time to be there
Due to the incredibly varied landscape of Venezuela, the climate varies. June to November is when Angel Falls are at their fullest although it can be humid. November to April is the best time to visit the Los Llanos area, whilst Los Roques is an all year round destination.

La Gran Sabana (The great plain) is located inside Venezuela's biggest national park - Canaima. Gran Sabana is found in the east of the park and is home to plenty of rivers, waterfalls and Tepuy, flat top mountains with vertical walls. The highest of these mountains, Roraima, has an altitude of 2,700 meters. The Gran Sabana has some missions, but has a very small population.
