Enjoy one or two nights discovering the splendours of Halong Bay aboard the Halong Ginger, a custom-built 35 metre junk with golden sails, polished woods and refined Asian décor. On-board you will find 10 elegant cabins with panoramic windows, natural marble bathroom and deluxe amenities, a restaurant (serving western and Vietnamese cuisine), two bars, a library and sundeck. Cruise to Bai Tu Long Bay where thousands of sculpted limestone islands rise from the waves. Regional climate differences mean that there is no best time; try September to December to avoid the humidity in the north, December to April to miss the rains in the south and December to March is perfect for trips to the Central highlands.
