With just 5 rooms, this intimate, pleasantly designed wooden junk is perfect for small groups, incorporating all of the facilities of the larger junks in a more private setting. The interior is similar to its sister junk, the Indochina Sails. All cabins aboard The Valentine are air-conditioned with en-suite bathrooms offering queen sized doubles and twin beds in the deluxe cabins and a king sized double in the suite.

Regional climate differences mean that there is no best time; try September to December to avoid the humidity in the north, December to April to miss the rains in the south and December to March is perfect for trips to the Central highlands. Catch the Trung Thu Moon festival in September or October for traditional lion and dragon dances.
