The first photographic safari camp in Zambia, Nsefu Camp is located on a sweeping bend of the river and consists of six traditional rondavels, each with a great view of the river. One of only two camps in the Nsefu sector, it is very unlikely that you will see another person on game drives - your own private Zambia. In 2009 the camp will be opening in the Emerald Season, when the river is high and lagoons full. Access will be from Nkwali via boat, an exciting journey where you should see flocks of birds, hippo and crocodiles. Due to high water levels only boat and walking safaris will bring you close to nature.
