PURPOSE:

To work alongside the Finance Manager and Accounts Receivable Management Accountant to provide support and assistance to ensure the smooth running of processes within the finance team.

 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Monthly sales invoicing and maintenance of the Sales Leger control account for C&K Brand
  • Sales and detailed margin reconciliation by booking providing commentary on variances. 
  • Preparation of the VAT return for review by the Finance Manager / Finance Controller
  • Providing cover for the Accounts Payable Management accountant for the quarterly ABTA re-turns
  • Providing monthly working capital reports for submission to Group Finance
  • Reconciliation of the corporate credit cards balance sheet account including a summary of ac-cruals
  • Monthly reconciliation of deferred merchant accounts
  • Daily posting and reconciliation of client receipts
  • Providing cover for the Finance Manager and Management Accountant with Crystal Cruise re-lated bookings.
  • Provide support during the audit process and assistance with month end reporting.
  • Assisting the Finance Manager ad hoc tasks
 
 
ABOUT YOU:
  • AAT Level 4 or above.
  • 2 Years+ Experience working in a busy finance office
  • Intermediate Excel skills (Pivots, VLOOKUP and IF functions etc)
