  • Marketing preference uploads/exports: while we wait for APIs to be built we have daily manual tasks that require the updating of customer’s marketing preferences in Dotmailer, SalesForce and TS. This is managed by alerts to an email inbox that could be actioned by this person.
  • Recording competitor homepages, promotions, email communications and marketing activities for distribution
  • Fulfilling Sundowner postal requests
  • Direct Mail returns: approx. 5 times a year we mail out marketing to clients. Any we receive back as no longer at address / return to sender need to be updated in TS
  • Product uploads / updates on third party sites: mix of accessing third party CMS or emailing our contacts to update/alert product itineraries we feature on third party sites such as TourHound / Telegraph – basic product data loading
  • Tourist Board site updates: auditing A&K contact details on all tourist board sites to ensure CTA up to date 
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Screen updates around office
  • Booking travel arrangements for programme managers and their reports
  • Booking travel arrangements for exec team
  • Booking conference calls for exec team and programme managers
  • Diary support for executive team
  • Ad hoc request from the executive team
  • Credit card reconciliation for executive team
  • Deadline chasing with programme managers and senior management team on behalf of executive team.
  • Potential data loading activity
Standards of Performance:
  • Adhere to hours of work to maintain regular cover for Reception/Facilities
  • Promote a professional impression of A&K through appropriate dress code.
  • Answer phones within the standard set by the Company
  • Meet or exceed expectations by maintaining an accurate and consistent approach to work.
  • Ensure that work area is kept clear and tidy
