  • Develop comprehensive induction programme for all new starters
  • Ensure all one and three and six month probationary reviews are carried out, logged and filed.  Collate any additional training needs identified in these reviews and liaise with the Director of HR for them to be addressed and is informed of any issues.
  • Assess training requirements for all current employees
  • Design courses to meet training needs
  • Coordinate external training as and when required
  • Design and develop training passports for all members of staff
  • Liaise with Operations Manager to coordinate Galileo Training
  • Develop Management Development Programme
  • Responsible for the Apprenticeship Levy programme ensuring we are using our funds in the optimum way
  • Liaise with local colleges on Apprenticeship courses
  • Coordinate with other key members of staff to share all in-house knowledge
  • Design and deliver tailor-made training packages in response to departmental needs
  • Provide regular follow up on training
  • Conduct regular audits on training effectiveness
  • Provide one-to-one coaching for employees
  • Liaise with Director of HR on development of staff
  • Creating competency assessments to test effectiveness of training
  • Encourage, motivate and inspire staff to reach their full potential and achieve their individual goals
  • Assist the Director of HR project manage any ad-hoc projects i.e. office moves, ‘Welcome to A&K’ handbook, crisis management,  Intranet information, Recruitment Days etc.
