My favourite hotel group would undoubtedly be Aman Hotels & Resorts. What Aman has done astoundingly well is adapted the hotels so naturally to their local environments whilst maintaining an impeccable level of service across every destination.
Endo at the Rotunda run by third-generation sushi master Endo Kazutoshi. He is the former executive chef for Zuma who opened their Australia, New York, and Dubai locations. Endo delivers an incredible ‘back to basics’ omakase experience overlooking London’s West End and BBC television studio. Endo spends an incredible amount of time sourcing the highest quality product, with clams from Brittany to tuna from Spain and rice made with water from his very own rice paddies in Japan. Endo will not disappoint.
