I took time out of working to go travelling for 18 months including South East Asia where I fell in love with Cambodia. I also travelled to Australia and finished in New Zealand for the 2005 British Lions Rugby Tour. I quickly realised that I preferred hotels to hostels! This was when I decided to pursue a career in travel and to continue my travels in luxury. I have been lucky enough to visit many fantastic destinations including, Maldives, Seychelles, Mauritius, South Africa , Costa Rica, Caribbean and the Middle East where there is my favourite hotel Zighy Bay. I'm hoping Botswana will be my next destination.
What's your favourite destination?
Which destination is top of your bucket list, and why?
Botswana, I loved safari in South Africa so to see animals by land or water has always been my dream in this amazing country.
How many languages do you speak?
Which five items do you always pack when travelling?
I have been told I pack too much as I’m a just in case type of person. But the main ones are:
Sun cream, trainers or comfortable shoes as no one wants blisters! And a credit card
What's your top travel tip?
When you arrive always change your watch to the local time zone and don’t think about the time back home. Also walking around the city and looking up!
