UK - Lusaka

Your Zambia itinerary begins with an overnight flight to the vibrant capital, Lusaka, via Johannesburg.

South Luangwa Valley

A short flight from Lusaka brings you to Mfuwe, at the edge of South Luangwa National Park. Your camp overlooks the vast floodplain where zebra and giraffe graze. Some of the finest game-viewing in Africa is available here. The walking safari was first pioneered in this valley and our superb guides will lead you through savannah and woodland for spine-tingling wildlife encounters. Night drives here carry the promise of leopard sightings.

South Luangwa Valley - Livingstone

Returning to Mfuwe, you’ll fly on to Livingstone, situated close to the magnificent Victoria Falls and ground-zero for all manner of adrenaline-packed experiences. You’ll stay at a lodge overlooking one of the most dramatic stretches of the Zambezi. From here you can take scintillating walking safaris and game drives that often find elephant, buffalo and even the occasional white rhino.

Livingstone

There are many ways to explore this spectacular setting, but we always suggest at least one sunset cruise along the Zambezi, naturally accompanied by cocktails. You can see the mighty Victoria Falls from above, either by helicopter or plane. Depending on the water level, you can cross to Livingstone Island where the famed Victorian explorer caught his first glimpse of this natural marvel. There’s also a wealth of white-knuckle experiences from bungee jumps to whitewater rafting for those who like to live on the edge.

Livingstone - UK

The closing stages of your Zambia itinerary see you flying from Livingstone to Johannesburg. Here you’ll connect with your flight back to the UK, with plenty of stories to tell back at home.

UK

You’ll arrive back in the UK early in the morning.
