About Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay
From the brand famous for its Japanese restaurants comes a fresh take on luxury hotels on the White Isle. Located on peaceful Talamanca Bay, Nobu Ibiza is only two kilometres north of Ibiza town – a UNESCO World Heritage Site – and fifteen minutes from the trendy environs of Marina Botafoch. This 152-room Balearic beauty is pale and interesting – a four storey white complex, with rooms arranged around two pools and various restaurants.
As you would expect from a company run by Nobu Matsuhisa, the hotel’s food is a talking point. Of course, there is a Nobu serving up signature dishes such as black cod miso. Lounge Bar offers a tapas menu to enjoy with family and friends while the sun goes down. Chambao is the hotel’s laidback chiriguito and Bay Café is a healthy café offering a gluten free menu.
There’s a pool bar to refresh and nourish you at your sunbed. Around the hotel, the palette is white, blue, aqua and gold for a touch of Ibizan bling. Added to that, natural materials dominate – creating a vibe of an ultra-stylish refuge. That theme continues into the Six Senses Spa, which brings together a mix of lux and Boho fun. Expect restorative massages and high-performance facials. There’s also a boutique, kids’ club, top-notch nail bar and John Frieda blow-dry bar. Sophistication comes to Ibiza… If you wish to leave these stylish environs, you can hike in the hills, ride bikes or take a ferry to Formentera to discover the hidden caves.
