Highlights

Hawaii’s Iconic Islands

Come and experience the Aloha State for yourself with this incredible journey across its diverse archipelago. Scale volcanic summits for spectacular sunsets, stargaze from a hillside with experts, and learn to surf on Oahu’s glassy waves. Immerse yourself in Pearl Harbour’s dramatic history, take a helicopter ride over Big Island for unbeatable panoramas and seascapes, and take a night swim with gentle manta rays after sailing the coast by private Catamaran. You’re sure to leave knowing why Hawaii will always be the paradise of the Pacific.

UK - Los Angeles

Fly to Los Angeles and stay overnight in Santa Monica, a vibrant beach district only seven miles from Los Angeles International airport. Check in to the upmarket Fairmont Santa Monica for the night and relax before your flight to Oahu tomorrow.

Oahu

Meet your guide for an adventure on Oahu's north shore, a legendary surf mecca that defines the Hawaiian Islands thanks to its big, glassy, winter waves. Here your guide will bring you to one of the top beaches for a surfing lesson before heading to Haleiwa Town where you can shop, have a local lunch and cool off with ice cream. In the afternoon, begin your trip back toward Honolulu to enjoy it at your leisure. Overnight at Halekulani Hotel.

Pearl Harbour

Today you will join your expert guide to embark on a half-day tour of Pearl Harbor and the Arizona Memorial, the final resting place for the 1,102 US sailors and marines killed during the surprise Japanese attack. Your guide will take you back to that fateful day on the walk of remembrance and at the two memorial museums, discussing the events leading up to the war, the attack itself, and other significant battles. Overnight at Halekulani Hotel.

Big Island

This morning you will drive from your hotel to the airport for a brief flight to Big Island – the youngest and largest island in the archipelago. It’s home to Kilauea, the most active volcano in the world. You can sunbathe on the volcanic black-sand beaches, go snorkelling with majestic manta rays, or sail a catamaran along the rugged Kona Coast.

Big Island

This morning you will go on an adventurous hike to explore the upper slopes of Kona’s very own volcano. The journey to Hualalai will provide you with postcard views of the coastline and unique access to the site of multiple volcanic eruptions from the 1800s. After touring, you will drive across the island back to the Kona side where your resort is located. Spend the rest of the evening at your leisure.

Big Island

Check in at Kona Airport to take an incredible helicopter tour. Enjoy a bird's eye view of Kona coffee district, fly over the rare green sand beach, witness the world's most active volcano, soar past waterfalls, and enjoy views of the island's lush landscapes. After landing, board a catamaran and set sail in time for sunset. After, swim with gentle mantas that feed off the plankton illuminated by spotlights before returning to your hotel.

Big Island

This morning, enjoy your hotel’s luxurious amenities. In the afternoon, your driver will take you on a breathtaking sunset and stargazing adventure atop mount Mauna Kea – one of the only places in the world where you can drive from sea level to 14,000 feet in just two hours. Pause for a picnic-style dinner before attempting the summit for a sensational sunset. At night, hear about the wonders of the Hawaiian night skies during a stargazing experience.

Big Island to Maui

Today, fly to beautiful Maui. The second largest of the Hawaiian Islands, it’s known for its rugged volcanic geography, palm-fringed beach resorts, and championship golf courses. As you fly over, you’ll spot Haleakala, the dormant volcano which dominates the island. Cycling down Haleakala's steep slopes is one of Hawaii’s fastest and most thrilling experiences.

Road to Hana

Set off early with your driver guide along the Road to Hana which loops around the entire mountain, starting with a breakfast stop at a local favourite. Your guide will make numerous stops, providing ample time to explore the highlights of Ke’anae Peninsula, Hanawi waterfall, the black sand beach at Wai’anapanapa, and lunch in the open-air dining room at Travaasa Hana Hotel. Return to your hotel at 17.00 and spend the rest of your evening at leisure.

Turtle Town

Today you will explore the magnificent Turtle Town on a private kayaking tour. After a water safety and paddling orientation, you will glide across the pristine clear waters, enjoy stunning views of Haleakala summit, Molokini Crater, Pu`u Olai, the Makena/Wailea coastline and surrounding islands. Along the journey you will stop at one of the many snorkel spots to explore this incredible underwater world.

Lahaina

Meet your captain in Lahaina and board a catamaran for a day of sailing and snorkelling. Set course to a natural marine preserve that is teeming with life and an ideal place to snorkel, relax on the beach, or engage in sporting activities. Your guide will explain the flora, fauna, and folklore of the local people, and for lunch, enjoy a barbecue filled with the exotic flavours of the island before setting sail back to Lahaina.

Day at leisure

Today will be yours to spend at your leisure. Relax at your luxury hotel and, in the evening, experience an authentic Hawaiian luau – a traditional Hawaiian party that is usually accompanied by vibrant entertainment and delicious, traditional food such as poi, kalua pig, poke, lomi salmon, opihi, haupia, and beer. Of course, the luau would not be complete without traditional Hawaiian music and hula.
