About Ibiti Project

Ibiti Project is simply stunning, and by staying at the reserve’s gorgeous farmhouse you can explore the 3,000ha estate on horseback (the estate has a stable of native Mangalarga and Anglo-Arab horses), by mountain bike or joining in with a guided tour – there are two a day. Botanists will enjoy the incredible native forest species and stunning wild orchids and bromeliads, and or a touch of luxury you can relax in the spa with a massage or Ayurvedic treatment (there’s also yoga and stretching classes to keep you supple).

The eight spacious suites in the main house are uniquely decorated with a touch of rustic charm and have lovely views – some even from the bathtub. Set away from the main house are a handful of private houses perfect for independent honeymooners or groups. Staying at Ibiti Project is also an adventure in authentic Brazilian cuisine – all meals are included, from the breakfast spread of warm corn bread and cakes, fruit platters and cheeses, to dinners that make use of the restaurant’s traditional wood burning stove. There’s a café at the stables and even a bar by a nearby waterfall – we recommend the caipirinha. When in Brazil…
