Competition Terms and Conditions

Prize is valid for two people travelling together
Prizes are non-transferable
Prizes have no cash value
Competition closes on 21 December 2018 at 11.59pm and winners will be notified by 18 January 2019
Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over and is not open to employees or family of A&K or Oman Air
The winner has 14 days to claim the prize following notification
If not claimed within 14 days the prize will be forfeited and A&K retains the right to offer the prize to another winner. The winner whose prize has been forfeited will not be entitled to any compensation
Trip must be booked by 18 February 2019 for travel completed by 1 September 2019
No extension of the prize validity will be allowed and no change of destination/area will be allowed from the one specified
The tickets cannot in any circumstances be sold or auctioned
The following blackout dates apply:

15 February 2019 – 24 February 2019

4 April 2019 – 26 April 2019

13 July 2019 – 4 September 2019

Confirmation of rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking
All other costs to be paid by the winner and the prize does not include travel between the winner's home and the airport, travel insurance, incidentals, tips, day trips and there are no cash alternatives
It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have a valid passport and travel insurance
A&K reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize is not available
While the content will remain the same, we reserve the right to amend travel moments supplied to correct any grammatical errors and spelling mistakes
When you submit your #TravelMoment to A&K, you agree and represent that you have created this content, or you have received permission from, or are authorised by, the owner of any part of the content to submit it to us
