THE HOTEL
The Fasano Hotel, owned by the Fasano family, is an exclusive hotel in São Paulo and well-known in Brazil for its exceptional cuisine. The family have for over a century created some of the best gourmet dining environments in the city.

Distinctly 1930s in style, the hotel's elegant architecture and classical detail meets modern contemporary design courtesy of famous names like Isay Weinfeld, Márcio Kogen and Philippe Starck.

The rooms are by Starck - from the layout to the choice of furniture.  All are decked out with hardwood floors, Rodrigues chairs and Dali-esque, ear-shaped mirrors - dubbed 'ears that see'. The sumptuous king-sized beds are set at a slight incline to ensure they follow the horizon and maximise the view, which exemplifies the attention to detail on display throughout this wonderful hotel.  All the rooms are stocked with Starck designed appliances, Havianas and marble bathrooms.
