Day 1 Vancouver / Whitehorse
On arrival at Vancouver Airport, fly on to Whitehorse, where we will drive you to your Downtown hotel, located within easy walking distance of all attractions, restaurants, banks and shops. There is time for an information meeting, registration for optional tours, a shopping jaunt for winter togs and then dinner. In the evening you'll head off for your first Aurora viewing. A cosy heated cabin or wall tent with hot drinks and seriously tasty snacks ensures your Aurora viewing is comfortable. You will return to the hotel at around 2am.

Day 2 Morning Sightseeing Tour & Evening Aurora Viewing
Your city tour starts at 10am, taking in Main Street, the Train Depot of the White Pass and the Yukon Route, the Log Skyscraper, the Log Church, Sternwheeler SS Klondike, the fish ladder, Schwatka Lake and fascinating residential areas.
Spend the afternoon as you wish ahead of you 9.30pm departure for a second chance to see the Aurora Borealis. Hot drinks and snacks are once again provided in your cosy cabin. This is the perfect time to sit around a roaring fire and share stories with fellow travellers. Return to the hotel again around 2 am.

Day 3 Whitehorse & Evening Aurora Viewing
Take the whole day to relax and enjoy the delights of Whitehorse before you depart for a third opportunity to view the Northern Lights, departing once again at 9:30 pm.

Day 4 Whitehorse / Vancouver / Whistler
We will take you to Whitehorse airport for your return flight to Vancouver. You may like stay for a few nights in the city exploring the festive winter markets or take the opportunity to hit the slopes in Whistler?

The peak season is from June to September. Humpback and Killer whale viewing is best in June and July.

For Western Canada, British Airways and Air Canada fly to Vancouver and Calgary.
For Eastern and Atlantic Canada, British Airways and Air Canada fly to Toronto, St John's and Halifax.

Flying time

For Western Canada, 9-12 hours.
