THE HOTEL
The exterior of the Ritz-Carlton Santiago may appear understated when compared with other hotels in the city. However, once you step inside it becomes clear exactly why this is Santiago's finest hotel. The Ritz-Carlton combines intimate, luxurious interiors with attentive service to creating a pleasant 'boutique' atmosphere.
Each of the 205 guest rooms and suites are beautifully put together. Subtle décor and classic furniture create the atmosphere of an exclusive apartment. But it's not just about atmosphere - these rooms are extremely comfortable, with a host of luxurious touches coming together to create a truly wonderful experience. For instance, guests can request the services of a 'bath butler'- to select a nightly package of aromatic soaps and oils, rose petals, and even indulge in a 'wine bath'.
Quite simply excellent. If I could say one thing it is that Egypt is the place to go right now, as there were virtually no tourists at some of the sights and that,I should think, is quite rare!
