THE HOTEL
Florblanca Resort boasts one of the most beautiful settings in Costa Rica, its villas dotted along little pathways deep in attractive jungle gardens. This is exclusive, secluded luxury at its finest.
The ten villas lie nestled in the jungle and are designed with a quiet elegance in mind, using local arts and crafts to add individual touches to each. All feature spacious open air living areas and sumptuous bathrooms in a garden setting and with outdoor, sunken baths. The air-conditioned bedrooms are fitted with king size beds adorned with fine linens. Two bedroom villas are equipped with two twin beds and a day bed in the second bedroom.
Throughout the accommodation, and the public areas, no detail has been overlooked in creating fabulous spaces guaranteed to create as sense of peace and well-being. Meanwhile, given the setting, there is a huge range of activities to choose from - surfing, fishing, hiking, 4x4 tours, jungle excursions… The list goes on and on.
We loved the hike to the nearby Montezuma Falls. The scenery along the Nicoya Peninsula was stunning, whilst a swim in the cool waters below the falls is not to be missed.
