Guest Testimonial

What can I say? Eleanor you have been to the Galapagos so you know all about it. What I will say is that is was an unforgettable experience and something that will stay with us forever. Thanks for organising the holiday Eleanor Mawer and thanks to A&K

Located a few miles from the centre of Riobamba in Las Abras, Hacienda Abraspungo offers the most suitable accommodation for visitors to the Riobamba area. The hotel's architectural style fuses colonial and traditional elements - inspired by the old manors and farm houses of the Ecuadorian highlands - together with modern touches. Inside, old photographs of the landscape and antique fabrics and crafts offer a taste of the region's rich history. Rooms have direct access to the gardens and are named after Ecuador's great mountains. They are simple yet comfortable, and decorated with photos and paintings of the peak that gives each room its name. There is a good restaurant offering a selection of locally inspired dishes and warmed by a log fire.
