Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel
Why we like it
- Private estate on Cap Ferrat
- Olympic-sized pool with private cabanas
- Michelin-starred restaurant
Take a lap on the jogging trail or recline under the seaside cabanas.
A first-class service: finding a suitable cruise to fit my parameters; managing to extend the time during which the offer would remain open so as to give me more time to discuss the trip with my travelling companion; and finally making all the train and hotel bookings to make the whole holiday as trouble free as possible. I cannot speak too highly of the way in which everything been conducted.
- BH, London
The seaside Olympic-sized saltwater pool is edged with private cabanas, or if you’re feeling energetic you can take a lap on the jogging trail. The gastronomic restaurant, Le Cap, serves traditional Provençal and modern cuisine with views over the panoramic terraces and gardens. Choose to dine on the terraces, shaded from the sunshine by Aleppo pines, or at the Club Dauphin, a more casual restaurant overlooking the salt-water pool which itself faces the sea. The hotel also offers complimentary use of its tennis courts and bicycle hire. Inside Le Spa the pool is ideal for laps when you aren’t brave enough to swim outside and the treatments on offer by Bellefontaine and Carita are decadent.
