Completely unfenced, this is the ideal base for incomparable game viewing, starting in the camp itself. Local guides' instincts and experience provide superb opportunities to photograph endlessly fascinating wild animals, whether in customised four-wheel drive vehicles or on escorted walks in the savannah. Flexible daily schedules ensure your relaxation, while village and school visits stimulate the mind. Cooks produce a variety of African and international dishes using fresh produce, and daily baked bread and pastries tempt the taste buds.

December - March, July - October
Kenya's equatorial location ensures warm weather year round, though it can be cool at night and first thing in the morning. There are two rain seasons, the long rains occur from April to June and short rains from October to December. The rainfall is sometimes heavy and when it does come it often falls in the afternoons and evenings. The hottest period is from February to March and coldest in July to August.
